Cancellation Policy

Americans In Business - Bookings Policy Effective Date: 01/01/2025 1. Overview At Americans In Business, LLC. we strive to provide seamless and efficient booking experiences for our clients. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling, modifying, and canceling appointments for all AIB consulting and service offerings. 2. Booking Process Clients can book services directly through our website’s Bookings Page. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Payments, if applicable, must be made at the time of booking to secure the appointment. 3. Payment & Pricing Prices for services are listed on the bookings page and are subject to change. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. Discounts, if any, will be applied at checkout. No bookings will be confirmed without completed payment (if required for the selected service). 4. Rescheduling & Modifications Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. To modify an appointment, clients must use the rescheduling feature via their confirmation email or log into their AIB account. A one-time rescheduling is permitted per booking without additional fees. 5. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. No-shows will be considered as last-minute cancellations and will not be eligible for a refund. 6. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the next scheduled booking. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice will be marked as a no-show. AIB reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if a client is excessively late. 7. Refunds & Disputes Refund requests must be submitted via email to [Insert Contact Email]. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Disputes regarding refunds or cancellations will be reviewed by our support team, and a decision will be communicated within 10 business days. 8. Special Considerations Emergency cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
